All of our instructors are outstanding and experienced education professionals. They use this experience to observe and respond to your child’s specific learning needs in each session. Small learning groups of no more than five students are created when several children have the same strengths and weaknesses in the same subjects.

Lead and Specialized subject tutors are all currently licensed as teachers with the Florida State Board of Education and are in good standing. The Lead tutors are extremely qualified and already have stellar backgrounds in the education system. Based on what we find to be each child’s best learning needs, they determine each student’s placement in individual or small group tutorial settings.

Our instructors also determine the intensity and duration of each learning exercise after monitoring each child’s attention span. As educators, our instructors have experience in building lesson plans in ways that encourage students to stay on-task and to focus. Through ongoing testing, they then provide target goals in each subject area and adjust lesson plans based on each student’s learning pace.
