Our Territory Managers supervise the recruitment of qualifying students and then oversee their enrollment and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in Provider Fairs, for recruitment purposes
- Review tutorial agreements with parents/legal guardians upon student enrollment
- Obtain parental/guardian consent for testing and student enrollment
- Coordinate preliminary and continuous student testing with parents/ legal guardians
- Obtain parental/guardian consent for testing and student enrollment
- Develop customized Student Learning Plans for each child, based on test results
- Maintain relationships with parents/legal guardians and teachers
- Update student learning goals and objectives based on results of diagnostic testing and parent/teacher recommendations
- Record and continually update all customized Learning Plans, student test scores, learning goals and objectives, and any other assessment results in main database
- Manage Lead Tutors
Qualifications
- Florida teaching certification
- Actual classroom or tutoring experience with students from Pre-K through Grade 12
- Eagerness and ability to work independently and within teams
- Ability and/or past experience in administering tests and inputting the data received from the results of tests
- Ability to work from home
- Access to a car (to attend provider fairs and to meet with teachers, parents, and Lead Tutors)
Practical Abilities & Skills
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills
- Ability to effectively complete team and individual tasks
- Ability to decipher student diagnostic data
- Ability to utilize internet and Microsoft Access/Word programs
- Maintain internet and Email access
Working Conditions
Our Territory Managers do most of their tasks from their home office. They are expected to occasionally drive to public schools to assist with recruiting students, meet with parents to procure PDPA’s, and monitor instruction.

Our Lead Tutors remain at all tutorial sessions and are primarily responsible for supervising students at all times.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee student attendance immediately after school day ends
- Maintain log of students’ attendance
- Maintain log of Specialized Tutors’ attendance
- Provide student snacks based on predetermined time schedule
- Conduct conferences with legal guardians
- Disseminate new information to Tutors and legal guardians
- Obtain student progress reports and forward to District members
Qualifications
- Florida Teaching Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous tutorial experience
- Previous experience teaching children ages 4 – 18

- Exceptional student management skills
- Ability and experience in keeping students focused and on-task
- Ability to decipher student diagnostic data
- Ability to utilize internet and Microsoft Access/Word programs
- Maintain internet and Email access
Working Conditions
Our Lead Tutors work in public school settings. They must be present from the time that students are dismissed from the regular school day until the completion of each instructional session.

We depend on our Specialized Tutors to motivate students and to teach subjects at a pace and level that encourages student productivity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Test students immediately after enrollment, throughout the program, and at the end of the school year
- Use test results to develop and apply lesson plans
- Actively engage students individually and in small group settings
- Attend all professional development meetings
- Provide and update tutorial progress reports for dissemination to legal guardians, teachers, and district officials
- Attend all tutorial sessions
Qualifications
- Associates Degree / Bachelor’s of Arts or Science Degree
- Previous experience tutoring elementary and/or middle school aged children
- Previous experience teaching in group settings, as well as individualized experience
- Florida Teaching Certificate appreciated, but not required

Working Conditions
Our tutors work in public school classrooms where they will be responsible for the instruction and management of small groups of students.
